Where are your products made?
All our products are made in New Zealand. I personally hand craft and packaged all our items here in Outram, Dunedin.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, always and forever.
Meaning we do not use any animal products and we do not test our products on animals, in fact our range is safe around your fur babies (we don't have any harsh chemicals that can irritate them) but please do not apply any products to them.
Are your products vegan?
All our products are vegan excluding our mud masks which contain manuka honey babe!
Why to use paraben free products?
Parabens are a family of related chemicals that are commonly used as preservatives in cosmetic products. Preservatives may be used in cosmetics to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and mold, in order to protect both the products and consumers. The concern with these chemicals is that scientific studies suggest that parabens can disrupt hormones in the body and harm fertility and reproductive organs, affect birth outcomes, and increase the risk of cancer. They can also cause skin irritation.
We however use Germall which is a natural paraben free preservative.
What does natural based ingredients mean?
So we use only high quality in natural ingredients in all of our products for the base then we add our fragrance oils from there which are not a natural product. Meaning our products are between 80-90% natural.

$15 for 6+ products.
$20 for 14+ products.
Sometimes we will offer free shipping so stay engaged for this special.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We ask that you choose carefully as we don't return unless it's a fault due to health and wellness. We do however offer samples to help you out.

Faulty or damaged goods
A store credit will be issued so long as the following criteria are met:
Product(s) subject to the Return must be returned within 15 days of purchase date
The product must not have been used
Original packaging must be undamaged
Item/s must not have been discounted at time of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges on sale stock
All return courier costs will be your responsibility
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

International shipping
Shipments outside of New Zealand may sometimes take anywhere from 14 days to 21 days for standard delivery.
Please be aware: The buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
